prepare, deliver and/or provision a boat. We are happy to assist you with fine quality foods that work nicely on boats. For simple
fare, we offer prepared platters featuring finger sandwiches, assorted wraps, seafood, fruit displays, cheese and cracker displays and
assorted desserts. We can also assist with a private chef. A private chef will work with you to design an appropriate menu, shop for
the freshest ingredients and then cook and serve your meal with five star flair. Add a touch of romance and ambiance when popping
the question or celebrating a specialty birthday or anniversary. Wow your clients with a wonderfully presented customized meal. The
ideas below work well on boats and are readily available with 24 hours notice. A private chef option is also available.

an anniversary, wedding proposal or small dinner party where a large
party yacht simply will not do. We are accustomed to serving exquisite
dinners for two to typically no more than twelve guests aboard our fine
selection of sailboats, catamarans and powerboats. Groups larger than
twelve are better served on our fleet of luxury party yachts that are
equipped with a commercial galley and a full time chef. Luxury party
yachts offer various menus to meet any culinary requirement for groups
of 12 to 500.
