DESCRIPTION:
The Island Spirit 37 is a fine vessel for day trips with our captain or multiple day charters and bareboat rentals. Features of this catamaran
include a raised coach roof for more headroom and space, wide anti-skid steps up at the mast, and front windows fitted with walk up louvers
and large ventilation hatches, all while retaining its racy appearance. The roomy and comfortable cockpit is fitted with plenty of storage
compartments and has an efficient deck gear layout for easier sheeting and enhanced space. The cockpit is practically linked to the
uncluttered decks with their molded toe-rails and anti-skid finish. The easy access off the transom ‘sugar-scoops’ serve as wide swim
platforms and the decks, coach roof and trampoline provide endless sunbathing space. The Island Spirit’s interior white gel coat finish with
hardwood trim produces a light and airy feel. Hatches and port lights are located throughout to provide through-draft ventilation on the
hottest nights. The ample sail area gives the Island Spirit 37 a surprising turn of speed with the light and responsive steering; she comes
about sharply and sails well.
