Even the engine room will pass the most stringent white glove test administered by any of your elite guests. R-80 will carry 3,000 gallons of fuel
and is powered by the new 2000 series 2000 HP, 16 cylinder Detroit MTU diesels and provides effortless long range cruising at 30 knots at
2100 RPMs. It will get you to the fish.
Everything about the R-80 is razor sharp, it is built to satisfy the most demanding owner and his captain in any and all sea conditions. From its
classic lines, glistening finish and elegant interiors to its turbo-charged performance and maneuverability. At 35 knots its ability to nimbly turn
tight circles in its own wake is truly phenomenal. Response to the throttle provides an explosiveness of acceleration that can only be described
as awesome. From idle speed to top end cruising only takes an impressive 27 seconds.
In the cockpit, teak appointments provide a complete bait prep center with ample tackle drawers, sink, refrigeration, fish box and blue fin size
transom door. Offshore angling options include an offset pedestal fighting chair, ample rod holders, outriggers and a custom tower package
with a flying helm station. The is also a full helm station on the bridge that offers the pilot unobstructed 360 degree visibility whether cruising or
backing down on a bill fish.
Let's not forget dining, entertaining and plush accommodations. Designed for comfort and luxurious living during extended tournament circuit
campaigning, the main salon, master and VIP staterooms as well as the galley are custom designed, appointed and finished to suit the owners
taste and specifications. Captain's quarters are spacious, comfortable and complete with personal shower and head. In addition, there are
separate quarters and head for up to two crew members.
